Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the personalized nature of signed paperbacks, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including the book title, quantity, shipping address, and any personalization details. Cheryl Campbell is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right. Email cheryl@cherylcampbellauthor.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with your order. Replacement copies may be offered at Cheryl Campbell’s discretion depending on the situation and available inventory.
